When you submit a quote request to scoreboards.net we try to get back to you within a few hours. Like most U.S. businesses, we are generally available Monday through Friday from about 8 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time). You may find us to be a little slower on weekends and after hours.

We want to repond via e-mail so that you can have a printable form explaining our pricing along with an illustration of the scoreboard you have selected. That's why we ask you to enter your e-mail address twice - to make sure we can get back to you quickly. We only call you if we suspect a problem with sending you the e-mail, or if we haven't received a response from you after a few days.

If you haven't heard from scoreboards.net within one business day of your quote request, please check the "Junk" folder of you e-mail program first to make certain our message hasn't been tagged as spam.
