The standard industrial control unit is 18 inches wide by 20 inches tall by 3 inches deep. It is made of heavy gauge aluminum with a powder coat finish. The front window is tempered glass. There are two rows of six, and one row of three, 2-1/8 inch tall digits. Toggle switches are mounted on the side for control functions. Power and sensor connections are on the bottom. Power is supplied to the unit at low voltage and low current. All inputs and outputs are isolated. All external connections to power or ground are protected by self-reset fuses. Two isolated RS-485 connections are provided for networking with other control units, displays, and PC's. Any of our digital, alphanumeric, or dot matrix boards can be added to the network.
